golbat Terms and Conditions

1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account and use any service on the golbat platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 21+
• You must be a legal adult with the capacity to enter into a contract in your own name.
• Only one account may be registered in your name. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You may not operate an account on behalf of a third party or using their funds.

2 Account Verification

golbat may request documents for identity verification at any time. These may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-recognized identity documents. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawal access until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Login credentials must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

• Changing your password regularly is good practice for security.
• You must log out after using a public or shared device.
• The account holder is responsible for all transactions carried out through the account.

4 Right to Suspend or Close an Account

golbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• A proven breach of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information at the time of registration.
• Evidence of manipulation, fraud, or use of automated software.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Failure to pass age verification or providing a false age.

In the event of an account closure, the procedure for returning any legitimate funds will be determined separately.

5 Voluntary Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable conditions prior to closure.

6 Deposit Methods and Limits

golbat currently accepts deposits from Bangladeshi users via the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) methods:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet)
• Upay

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method). Deposits must be made only from a mobile account registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

7 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Standard processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is processed:

• Account verification must be complete.
• Wagering requirements for any active bonus must be fulfilled.
• The payment details provided in the withdrawal request must match the information registered on the account.

golbat reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until additional verification is completed in cases of suspicious transactions.

8 Welcome Bonus Terms

golbat offers newly registered members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to receiving and using this bonus:

• Bonus wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,200; the wagering requirement for this ৳1,200 bonus is ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.
• The bonus is not cash in any form — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, address, or payment method.
• In the event of a breach of bonus-related conditions, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

9 VIP Cashback Program

golbat's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on total net losses for the week. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback is ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

There is an opportunity to move up to higher VIP tiers based on active participation and usage on the platform.

10 General Promotion Terms

golbat reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion or offer. If there is evidence of misuse of promotional terms, manipulation, or bonus-focused betting patterns, the relevant bonus and winnings may be voided.

11 Bet Validity

All bets and game sessions completed without technical issues or errors will be considered final. For incomplete game sessions caused by server errors or connection loss, the method for determining outcomes will follow the relevant game's rules and our technical policy.

• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a known software bug will be considered void.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or AI-driven tools is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets through multiple accounts simultaneously to gain bonus advantages is prohibited.

12 Sports Betting Specific Terms

The following conditions apply to bets placed on all sports events including cricket and football:

• Bets accepted before a match starts will be settled at pre-match odds.
• For in-play bets, odds may change and the odds at the moment the bet is accepted are final.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules will be determined according to the conditions of the relevant event's market.
• We reserve the right to void any bet connected to match-fixing or information manipulation.

13 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the golbat platform:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack any part of the platform or circumvent security measures.
• Harassing, deceiving, or unduly influencing other users.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's credentials.
• Exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage through chargebacks or payment disputes.

If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, the account may be closed, the balance forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

14 Responsible Gaming Tools

• Loss occurs as a consequence of a user opening an account with false information.

20 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law and jurisdiction. In the event of any legal dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion.

21 Policy on Changes to Terms

golbat reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a platform notification. Continuing to use the service after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
